The Project Manager is responsible for the contribution on developing, establishing and maintaining processes to ensure the products conform to established standards and guidelines. Provide reports back to TDI and PM Lead on defined KPI’s for projects Candidate must be self-motivated and result oriented. Main focus on follow up of projects, risk mitigation and issues resolution. Candidate must possess strong leadership and communication skills as well as personnel management skills that inspire and motivate a team.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:
- Main focus on follow up of projects, risk mitigation and issues resolution.
- DEV and QA team’s work to ensure they are adhering to defined processes and suggest continuous improvements to meet client’s expectations.
- Work with Tech Manager and QA Lead on estimations
- Contribute to define, develop and report metrics to measure overall project’s KPI
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to PM Lead
- Contribute on developing and implement processes to improve overall productivity and service of the teams Highlight to internal organization effects of processes standards and make recommendations to address changes
- Daily reporting of assigned project’s status
- Responsible for handling escalation issues related to assigned projects
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Excellent planning, organizational, analytical and leadership skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills that demonstrates the ability to express complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
- Strong presentation skills to prepare and deliver effective presentations to internal and external stakeholders
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science is required. Master degree is desired but not required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT leadership role. 7+ years of experience in the Technology discipline.
