Responsibilities:
• Preparing correspondence to clients and government agencies
• Proof reading documents
• Work open to close on conveyancing files
• Liaising with clients
• Managing deadlines and providing general administrative and secretarial support, as required
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail skills
• 6 months - 1 year previous conveyancing experience
• Experience in working with E-convey
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines and work well under pressure
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships with their colleagues and clients
• A positive attitude
