QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in electronics, telecommunications, network management or computer science and/or equivalent job experience // • Strong computer skills, including CCNA, familiarity with Unix/Linux, Ericsson OSS, MySQL, Wi-Fi and Solarwinds a plus // • Understanding of Cellular networks, Satellite background // • Clear communicator (both written and verbal); customer service skills is essential // • Must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to contribute positively to team objectives // • Ability to work independently (critical thinking skills) with a sense of urgency // • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a highly charged environment // • Ability to assess faults, prioritize, respond and escalate accordingly // • Capable of multi-tasking, good time management and prioritization of workload // • Work with multiple monitors // • Rotating 4/10 shifts including night and weekend schedules.
