Position:Business Developement Officers

Location:Lagos and Ogun State.

Job description

Generation of Revenue
Retention and Expansion of the Customer base
Marketing and Brand Management
Strategy Development, Planning and Reporting
Strategy Implementation, Communication and Feedback
Relationship Management
Sales forecasting
Foster strategic partnerships and relationships with existing as well as potential customers.
Identify key players in the Power industry and ensure interplay between them and the company.
Oversee the development of marketing strategies and plan for the company.
Develop pricing strategies, bearing in mind company objectives and customer satisfaction.
Generate regular reports on marketing activities.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.

Qualification/Requirements

Minimum of OND in equivalent discipline (a Masters Degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage)
Previous Business Development experience in relative industry
1 3 years Marketing/Business development experience in a higher responsibility area under minimum supervision.
Strong English speaking
Project Management experience is a must
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good business communication & Presentation skills.
Strong influencing skills.
Financial Planning and Strategy
Good understanding of Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis
Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with other staff at all levels
Methodical, systematic approach with a good eye for detail
Broad understanding of current public sector policy issues
