Unix/LDAP Administrator is responsible for providing analysis and support for the development, implementation, and maintenance of client’s authentication and Identity Management environment, process, policies, procedures, guidelines, technologies, and solutions.
1. Installs, configures and maintains middle tier solutions under limited supervision.
2. Designs and implements middle tier systems and solutions.
3. Manages moderately complex projects as it relates to middle tier systems.
4. Receives and responds to incoming calls, pages and/or emails and may participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
5. Performs analysis, diagnosis and resolution of system problems under limited supervision.
Demonstrated technical knowledge of LDAP and Websphere.
Experience with WebSphere
UNIX fundamentals and scripting skills (Perl knowledge a plus)
LDAP administration experience with any of (IBM, OpenLDAP, Oracle Internet Directory or ActiveDirectory)
Application security focuses with proven knowledge of industry best practices.
