Arbor’s Uniondale, NY, office in Nassau County has an immediate opening for a Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist. This position reports directly to the AVP, Creative Services and will be responsible for providing an array of Web Analytics and Tag Management, supporting the organization’s websites, SEO, lead nurturing, marketing automation, email campaigns, web analytics tracking, and reporting as well as analytic forecasting. As the Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist, this person will need to be able to identify areas of opportunity to improve web and email campaign performance and be an expert in interpreting comprehensive data and analytic reports.
This role will require extensive knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manger, SEO, email marketing automation and the right candidate will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of our digital marketing channels that drive acquisition, usage and retention. The Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist will be responsible for sending and tracking extensive email campaigns, setting up drip campaigns within Pardot and providing analytics reports. A basic knowledge of HTML coding is a plus. In this role, the right candidate will be responsible for the analysis, implementation, planning, and maintenance of website analytics, while obtaining insights for optimizing and improving the user experience.
Responsibilities:
Capable of taking ownership of reporting, metrics, analysis, and web performance while also interpreting what the information means
Manage and track web analytics infrastructure and engagement campaign metrics
Develop automated reports to support marketing decisions
Identify new requirements and present relative and actionable analysis
Monitoring, analyzing and evaluating performance of digital marketing email campaigns and website performance
Providing weekly and monthly updates to management team on progress, action items, metrics and milestones.
Work with the creative team to design, code, tag, track and send email campaigns via Pardot
Qualifications:
4-6 years experience in web analytics and SEO
Extensive knowledge of SEO and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager required
Must be an expert with Google Analytics implementation, administration and reporting
Ability to analyze key metrics to measure success of content marketing programs, digital marketing campaigns and SEO efforts.
Understanding of tag management technology; specific usage of Google Tag Manager
Experience with CMS technologies (WordPress)
Knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot or other email automation platform a strong plus
Knowledge of basic HTML coding a plus
Ability to handle and interpret extensive and comprehensive analytical reports
Ability to extract findings from analysis and communicate short- and long- term marketing suggestions
Positive attitude, hard worker, motivated self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills, creative, pro-active, well organized and detail-oriented
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Experience with content/social media management a plus
