Mid Level iOS Developer - Telecommute/remote at Company Info Released upon Contact in Orlando, FL

Our client is looking for a full-time / direct hire Junior to Mid Level iOS Software Engineer to join this leading intelligent collaboration company based in Ft. Lauderdale. Working remotely, you will be part of the iOS team, creating and implementing iOS applications for both enterprise users and the general public. These applications will integrate with various backend services via REST and other WebService APIs. You will work closely with Product Management to help identify best practices when it comes to UI design while also following the Apple design guidelines.

THIS IS A PERMANENT / DIRECT HIRE position and NOT A CONTRACT! Position will work either onsite in Ft. Lauderdale (if candidate lives in South Florida) OR will telecommute is based out of Orlando or Tampa.

Requirements:

- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent degree
- 2 years of iOS development in Objective-C and Cocoa Touch
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Graphics, Core Telephony, and Core Text
- Have published or contributed to at least one application in the app store. Please provide links to the app(s)
- Familiarity with the use of REST APIs
- Familiarity with notifications (local and push)
- Experience working under source control (Git, SVN)
- Understanding of the various certificates used during development and deployment

Desired (but not required) Skills:

- Experience with Swift
- Familiarity with Message Bus software like RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ
- Experience writing software for other mobile platforms
- Experience with Jenkins
