POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Sr. Applications Analyst position is a highly motivated individual who is responsible for the definition, design, and support of solutions in support of business requirements. The candidate will be responsible for the functional requirements definition, solution design, implementation, and maintenance of systems applications. The candidate will work with various IT groups and business users in defining, prioritizing, and executing application projects and enhancements. Additionally, the candidate will be play a critical role of ensuring that developers have adequate clarification and support on all business and functional requirements and specifications related to applications. The candidate should have experience leading project teams for large scale, global implementations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills:
Experience with Oracle EBS R11/R12 modules
Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R11/R12 application configurations and processes
Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R11/R12 application data structures and data relationships
Strong functional understanding of the systems supported and the development framework for customizations
Proficiency with SQL
Knowledge of Project and Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies
Ability to identify system impact for small and large scale initiatives
Experience with global implementations of Oracle EBS Applications
Substantial experience in a customer service role with direct responsible for management for users and communication
Project Management experience and proficiency with PM methodology
Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlines
Able to effectively lead and motivate small project teams
Experience with Quality Management System
Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
Oracle Manufacturing OPM, Quality, etc.
Experience:
5 years of demonstrated experience in Technology/IT industry.
3 years of experience with Oracle EBS R11/R12 application analysis and configurations
3 years of experience leading project teams
2 years of project management experience
3 years of experience with complex, multi-national application implementations
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Bi-lingual
Experience with international or multi-level marketing business
Proficiency with Oracle AIM methodology
