Cornerstone Financial Services, a 13 year old international financial firm, has developed a work from home opportunity which consists of contacting our qualified business leads to define their needs for commercial financial activity. Primary responsibilities include building dealer relationships & presenting our comprehensive financing and lease programs.
You will emphasize our rapid response time and excellent customer service to equipment dealers to generate applications for financing and develop strong ongoing relationships with them to ensure repeat business.
No licenses are required and we provide constant one on one personalized support, online management database and training courses provided. The account manager assigned to you has the financial experience to close the applications your dealers provide. Compensation is two percent of the gross funded amount.
An example of this is as follows:
$47,500.00 (equip. price) x 7% (sales tax) + $1,500.00 (delivery and setup fee) = $52,325.00
Commission is 2% of $52,325.00 = $1,046.50
A productive loan officer will produce an application a day and should fund their first deal within the initial two weeks. No investment is required but a criminal background check is required. The cost is $99.00 upfront and will be returned at the close of the first deal. Applicants must have PC with web access, Word and Excel
