Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is seeking a highly-motivated, team-oriented leader to serve as Director of Case Management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Social work (Masters Preferred) and at least five years of Director level experience in an Acute Care setting.
As Director, you will be responsible for assuring that the highest-quality care is provided to every patient in our hospital by:
• Regularly directing the work of forty or more full time employees.
• Directing Case Management activities to control cost of high risk and high cost populations.
• Interfacing with physicians, nurses, social workers, medical records, administration, outside agencies and other hospital departments to affect changes in the management of cases for the improvement in quality of care and/or the efficiency with which the hospital resources are utilized.
• Developing, implementing and managing budget, customer service and financial indicators set for Case Management department.
• Overseeing discharge planning, utilization review, case management processes and personnel.
