Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute full cycle recruitment process.
• Obtain detailed job description and requirements from clients.
• Understand and capture client specific requirements.
• Develop comprehensive recruiting plans for specific vacancies.
• Creating and placing job advertisements on job boards, schools and social media sites.
• Incorporate internal talent pool, referrals, networking, social media, email blasts, schools, professional associations and career fairs into sourcing strategy.
• Identify and attract top candidates using innovative and cost effective recruiting methods including direct sourcing.
• Determine candidate’s qualifications by interviewing and comparing candidate’s qualifications to job requirements.
• Post candidate’s resumes to client’s applicant tracking systems when necessary.
• Present candidate’s resume and qualifications to clients and coordinating interviews.
• Prepare and debrief candidates before and after interviews.
• Guiding and supporting candidates through the interviewing process, offer acceptance and resignations.
• Check candidate’s references.
• Maintain regular contact with newly hired candidates and clients until start date and beyond.
• Enter candidate resumes and interview information into database.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Search for new job openings through phone and email based prospecting.
