Accounting/Finance Manager- RG

Description
• Overall responsibility for the integrity of the group's financial statements, accounting records and compliance.
• Responsible for managing and reviewing multi-currency, multi-country reporting, consolidation and analysis. • Responsible for managing accounting teams working across all functions including A/P, A/R, inventories, accounting and payroll.
• Ensure that the foreign subsidiaries’ transactions are properly classified and reported in the financial statements, in accordance with US GAAP.
• Responsible for coordinating and reviewing the cost accounting and inventory processes for manufacturing plants.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist in establishing new financial reporting packages, and quarterly/annual reporting and disclosure schedules to support the parent company’s required filings.
• Overall oversight and monitoring of the activities and goals of the group’s treasury, risk management, and control implementation.
• Participate in various corporate cross-functional teams • Perform ad hoc analyses, as needed Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting • Accounting management experience in a public company environment
• Extensive experience in manufacturing
• Strong systems skills including advanced knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of all MS Office applications
• Strong initiative, problems solving skills, and ability to work in a team environment
• Must be very operationally focused with demonstrated experience in working at all levels of a company and immersing self in the business.
• Must be very hands-on within the accounting and finance function and also with other key functional areas of the business (Sales, Operations/Supply Chain, Human Resources, etc.)
• Must be highly learning agile
• Demonstrated experience in working in a very dynamic and rapid-paced, nimble environment.
Desired • CPA • MBA
• Previous Oil & Gas and Manufacturing experience highly desired.
• Experience working in a product rental market a plus.
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
• Willingness to relocate particularly domestically (Within the USA)
