Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage and schedule graphic department projects
• Design and produce graphics for the department from concept to completion.
• Exercise initiative to improve graphic quality and streamline production.
• Ability to operate large format printers and laminators. ( Currently using Mimaki JV33-160, HP DesignJet 8000, Royal Sovereign 55 Wide Format Laminator)
• Ability to produce graphics which require weeding, masking, mounting and cutting.
• Perform regular maintenance of all graphics department machinery, printers & production area.
• Purchase additional equipment, supplies, resources and spare parts as required.
• Receive, manifest and invoice all sign shop orders.
Required Computer Skills:
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite 6 (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
• Experience with ONYX Postershop (Pre-Flight, RIP-Queue), SignLab, Quark, etc.
• Experience working with both vector and rasterized files (CMYK & RGB formats)
• Experience working with MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Experience with ConstantContact email marketing a plus
• Experience with IntelliEvent software a plus (PO creation, Inventory, Invoicing)
