Pro Resources is seeking a highly motivated person for a team lead position in the Orland area!
Primary duties are as followed:
Plan and track the weekly production schedule
• Design, implement monitor and track Orland, waste performance, downtime reports and
financial reports
• Maintain continuity between shifts when running multiple shifts
• Follow quality procedures
• Produce a quality product
• Do hourly quality checks
• Operate all equipment properly and safely
• Do problem solving trouble shooting
• Capable of doing all production / line paper work in your department
• Produce the correct amount of product requested in a timely manner
• Machine set up capabilities
• Complete changeovers in a minimal time
• Basic computer skills (reports and printing labels)
• Production reports
• Guide the team (leadership)
• Promptly communicate if there are any machine problems or staffing issues to the
the supervisor
• Follow the safety rules
• Bi-lingual is a plus
• Good housekeeping, GMP, ASI standards
• Ensure safe work practices are followed
• Ensure that all line operators are trained in safe practices.
• Daily report on production to shipping and management
• Participate/assist in weekly physical counts (short term) and cycle count (long term)
