Job Description:
• The Sr Recruiting Consultant provides full life cycle talent acquisition support by identifying, evaluating and recruiting high quality candidates.
• The Sr Recruiting Consultant participates in the development of the annual recruiting plans and supports initiatives that enhance the recruiting team’s tools, process and resources.
• Builds trusted partnerships with internal customers, and HR cross functional partners.
• Participates in account team meetings to forecast hiring needs, and determine appropriate solutions to workforce planning needs
• Develops recruiting strategies to source specific technical and professional candidates
• Builds a talent pipeline for difficult to fill positions and frequently needed roles
• Uses creative sourcing techniques and locates candidates through on line sources, networks, colleges, technical schools, job fairs, trade and professional associations, search firms, and employment agencies
• Identifies, evaluates, interviews and recommends candidates to managers for consideration
• Drives the recruiting process to successful completion
• Manages written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview/offer process and ensuring a positive hiring experience
• Establishes, monitors and reports metrics to show the overall effectiveness of talent acquisition
• Solicits feedback from internal customers on success of recruiting efforts and recruiting process
Manages, disposition, and maintain candidate records in Applicant Tracking System (Taleo)
• Understands, tracks and reports on recruiting data according to OFCCP compliance
• Supports and Leads targeted efforts to enhance recruiting tools systems and processes
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 8 years of successful diverse recruiting experience ideally in technical business
• Strong computer skills including MS Office suite, applicant tracking systems (ATS) as well as navigation of job boards, social media and other internet sources; experience with Taleo preferred
• Excellent sourcing skills, ability to navigate complex business processes and work independently
• Impeccable written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform work accurately with limited direction and exercise good judgment
• Ability to operate with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
• Ability to maintain complete confidentiality of information at all times
