Capitol Recruiters is recruiting for a Marketing/Client Development Specialist for a powerhouse global law firm client.
This position supports the Manager for assigned practice groups regarding initiatives to secure new clients and increase visibility of the practice. Some of the responsibilities for this position include: assisting with implementation of practice group business plans by coordinating and tracking the group’s efforts; identify and coordinate conferences, seminars, sponsorships, speaking and writing opportunities to make sure they are consistent with the goals of the group; coordinate and support preparation of new business proposals, client presentations and responses to RFPs; work with communications/marketing team to prepare and distribute brochures, advertisements, newsletters, and client mailings; proofread communications, determine external and internal outreach plan and draft cover notes for internal and external audiences; draft submissions for individuals and team accolades; track and maintain practice group experience for proposals, directory submissions, etc.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required, minimum of 2 years of law firm marketing experience required, strong interpersonal and writing/editing skills required, advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications and InterAction.
