Capitol Recruiters Inc. is recruiting for an Electronic Billing Analyst for a prominent law firm client in Washington, DC. This position is responsible for assisting the Billing group with troubleshooting electronic bill issues, maintaining electronic billing software and helping to ensure electronic bill compliance as well as assisting the Electronic Billing Coordinator with new client setup.
Some of the responsibilities include: assisting with set up and maintenance of clients for electronic billing; assisting with communication of electronic billing guidelines to firm timekeepers, staff and billing attorneys to ensure compliance with client requirements; submits timekeeper and rate information to clients; assist with the appeals processes to ensure deadlines are met; ensure accurate set up of electronic billing file; monthly reconciliation of e-bills to vendor sites ensuring that all e-bills for month were electronically submitted; work with the Billing group to finalize submission of missing invoices; assist billing partners with client requests including budgets, special reporting, etc.
Position Requirements: 3+ years of law firm or professional service firm billing experience (Elite or CMS accounting system preferred), at least one year of experience with electronic invoice submission utilizing various vendors, experience generating and preparing billing related reports, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
