Job Description
•5+ years as an estimator working on Commercial projects.
•Must be able to perform takeoff for sub carpentry and general contracting.
•General building estimating background required.
•BS Degree in Construction Management a Big Plus.
•Hard bid estimating and negotiated bid experience.
•Demonstrated decision making skills and ability to work in high production environment with a carpentry background.
•Accuracy at all times, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines.
•Excellent communication skills and abiltiy to work well with others.
•Ability to order materials for projects.
•Ability to bring new projects or clients into the company.
