Established & growing title company seeking entry level operation set up assistant.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, excellent computer skills, efficient, highly organized, excellent writing and speaking skills; strong personality required, the type of individual who can remain calm in stressful situations who has no problem being direct to get the job done. Team oriented but the type of individual who can work alone with little oversight; duties include but are not limited to setting up all files with the operations department, handles multiple contracts/agreements and making sure all files are complete; communicating with various departments and/or management throughout the day, compiling proper paperwork in a timely manner; updating files, etc . College degree preferred, background check and good job stability a requirement to be considered. Must Haves Excellent oral & written skills a MUST!

Type A personality Recruiter to Recruiter Notes These are all immediate openings ; client pays within thirty (30) days; once candidates are screened (must be spoken to before submitting to me with your interview notes i will review and submit to owner if he is interested he sends an email typically within an hour of receiving resumes (he asks the candidates a series of questions via email which he utilizes as a screening tool to check writing skills and how well the communicate (written); after he receives the questions if he is interested he will then schedule a phone interview directly with the candidate. This client moves very quickly within his hiring process also please note these are ongoing openings as well as others with this client so I really seeking a great sourcing partner to work with on an ongoing basis for this client.
