Description: Sales Manager Responsibilities
Identifies target accounts and developing and growing business at existing accounts
Provides sales leadership within the Sales Department while gaining a high level of technical knowledge and product understanding
Ensures customer relationships and agreements are well communicated and documented
Explores and obtains new business opportunities
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
Develops specific plans and strategies to ensure revenue growth in all company's products
Negotiates prices within established procedure to maximize profitability
Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
Holds regular meetings with sales staff
Interprets short and long term effects on sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines
Collaborates with the Director of Sales to establish and control budgets for sales department and trade show expenses
Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures
