Document Custody Production Supervisor Night Shift Full Time, Day Shift, Schedules between 3PM 12 Midnight M-F

In a Fast Paced Warehouse Production Environment
• Ability to lead independently
• Evening availability
• 3-5 Years of recent Mortgage Industry experience is preferred
• Experience leading a team of 10 or more associates in a production setting
• Coaching / mentoring skills
• Experience in performance management
• Goal setting
• Metric reporting and management
• Client support
• Team building
• Ability to multitask and re prioritize team activities
• Excellent overall keyboard skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability utilize Access databases
• Experience leading against set procedures and workflows
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
• 3-5 experience in critical thinking/problem solving and client service
• Experience in a production based, goal oriented environment
• Attention to detail with the ability to produce timely and quality results
• Ability to work on Saturdays or OT hours on short notice
• Excellent timeliness and attendance is required
