Global Talent Manager / HR Business Partner
Location: Dallas, TX
Develop and administer Group talent development programs including programs pertaining to sourcing of talent, assessment and selection of talent, onboarding of talent, performance management of talent, compensation of talent and training and development of talent for key Group level positions. Educate, encourage and support adoption at local level. Partner with Global HR Director on overall talent development process. Support administration and compliance in general HR functional areas.
Talent Management
Development, deployment, and administration of Global talent acquisition programs and processes
Effective sourcing and pipeline building programs (vendor relationships, university relations, Management Trainee Program, Internship Program); support key global employee recruitment as needed
Effective assessment and selection methods
Effective onboarding and engagement methods
Development, deployment, and administration of Employee Development programs/processes (e.g. succession planning and general employee development)
Development, deployment, and administration of management/ leadership / employee training and development resources & courses
Development, deployment, and administration of Global performance management & goal process; support pay for performance initiatives
Support administration and process of Global compensation management programs (base, bonus, long term incentive, benefits)
As HR business process owner, collaborate with Global HR to evaluate and implement improvements to existing Global technology systems and processes, and evaluate the acquisition of new or improved systems based on business requirements to manage HR talent management processes. Oversee the deployment and adoption of the Company Talent Management Systems process/programs to drive business execution for talent management initiatives
HR business system vendor relationship manager responsible for account management, contract and professional services fee negotiations, and adherence to SLA's
Assess organizational needs, offering solutions guided by working with Group HR and the local Senior Management team. Lead and support regions through change
Encourage and support the adoption of Group Talent Development programs at the local and global level
Americas Region HR Business Partner
Provide support, guidance, back-up and counsel to U.S. Human Resources Managers concerning U.S. programs, compliance, benefits administration, recruitment, etc.
Support Global HR processes in assigned region such as international transfer assignments, etc. in order to create greater standardization and consistency across the Group. Develop Letters of Understanding to formalize compensation packages.
Develop, guide, train and direct business partners in region on the execution of Group HR policies and processes and corporate compliance.
Support Senior Management on escalated employee relations issues on key positions as requested.
Partner with local business units and Group Services in region to deliver highest level of support to business partners.
Analyze, benchmark and react, where applicable, to financial, operational and HR metrics to drive results.
Assess organizational needs, offering solutions guided by working with Group HR and the local Senior Management team. Lead and support regions through change
Support Global HR Strategy development for HR Function by partnering with Global HR Director
Support development of global HR budget
Experience:
Requires a BA/BS in Business, Human Resources or related field
10+ years Human Resources Management functional experience with specialist experience in talent acquisition, training and development experience with demonstrated success in developing and executing talent management processes, including performance management, succession and talent planning, development plans, training curriculum development, competency development, and some compensation.
International HR experience highly desirable.
Languages - highly desirable to speak Spanish fluently.
Experience implementing and leveraging technology and best practices to improve employee and management performance.
Ability and desire to work across multiple cultures globally; must be able to build strong collaborative partnerships with both internal and external customers.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret mathematical and statistical data.
Decision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation and implementation.
Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, consultative and innovative approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
Strong collaboration and teamwork with the demonstrated ability to work in a decentralized environment using influencing skills. Consulting and influencing skills to build support and sell ideas to senior management.
Change management leader with ability to drive change small to large change initiatives.
Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude.
Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Must have proficiency at intermediate level in Excel.
